Vera Wang wedding app launched to help brides and grooms plan the big day

Her name is synonymous with weddings due to her wealth of experience in designing wedding gowns for famous faces and non-celebrities alike, but now Vera Wang has taken the step of compiling her immense knowledge of all things wedding by creating a unique app to help brides and grooms plan their special day.
The app named, Vera Wang on Weddings, is free to download and offers a library of over 1,000 images to help inspire newly engaged couples and assist them as they attempt to find their own style and theme for their wedding. The images feature everything from wedding stationary to cakes, vintage wedding dresses, table settings, floral bouquets, beach bridesmaid dresses of course, favours and jewellery, as well as snaps taken from real weddings.
You’ll also find practically an encyclopaedia worth of information with over 100 separate articles dedicated to the wedding planning process as well as a plethora of handy wedding tools to help brides build up a picture of their dream wedding.
Brides who download the application will also be able to create their own inspiration boards to share with others, maybe their mums or bridesmaids, plus there is also the option to save favourite images, keep track of meetings with suppliers and draw up guest lists and keep note of RSVPs.
